Description
This is a chest tomb located in the churchyard about 3 metres east of the south-east corner of the chancel of the Church of St. Margaret. It dates from the mid to later 18th century and is constructed of ashlar stone. The south side features an oval plaque decorated with foliate scrolls, while the angle piers are adorned with floral drops. The north side has a similar plaque, which is fractured. The tomb is topped with a moulded capstone.
