Description

This is a late 18th-century house located on the east side of The Street in Yatton Keynell. The house is constructed of ashlar in small, regularly coursed blocks, with a stone-tiled roof and chimney stacks on the north end and ridge. It is two storeys high with an attic, highlighted by a hipped dormer window on the right side. The house features flush quoins and a raised floor band. The facade has a four-window arrangement, with cyma-moulded flush mullion windows. The upper floor has four 2-light sash windows and one 3-light window. The ground floor has a 20th-century door and two 2-light sash windows.
