Row of 3 cottages, now part of Monkton Combe School (q.v.). Early - mid C19. Ashlar with pantiled roof and coped raised verges and ashlar stacks. 3 storeys. 3 glazing bar sash windows with smaller lights between, on first floor. Flush panelled doors in edge moulded surrounds.
