Description

The garden house, located approximately 20 metres north of Lindfield Place, dates from the mid-18th century. It is constructed of red brick in mainly Flemish bond, featuring coping and end quoins that were once covered in stucco. The roof is now missing. The building has three bays, with a central projecting bay that includes a 19th-century door framed by a moulded architrave and brick voussoirs. There are also two wide 16-pane sash windows. A modern conservatory has been added to the rear.
