Description
Garden House, located about a quarter of a mile south-west of Fowberry Tower, is a garden house dating from the mid-18th century. It is constructed of brick in English Garden Wall Bond and features a Welsh slate roof. The building is square in shape and has two storeys, with one room on each floor. An external stone staircase leads to a six-panelled door with an overlight. There is a band above the ground floor, and the roof is pyramidal. The left side of the building has a 12-pane sash window on the first floor. Inside, the first floor contains an elaborate rococo ceiling, which was noted to be in poor repair at the time of the survey.
