  1. Includes No 6 St Augustine's Road. 1860s. Built by Robert Bushby, (a local builder). Nos 45-47 cement, No 6 St Augustine's Road stuccoed. Reflected pairs. 3 storey and basement. 1 + 3 sash windows latter contained in full height canted bays. Horizontal channelling on ground floor. String course over centre windows of canted bays have bracketted entablatures. Bedmould to mutule cornice. Parapet. Return to St Augustine's Road has entrance to No 6. 1 + 3 sash windows, the latter contained in a full height bow. Ground floor has horizontal grooving in part with archivolts struck into it, and head keystone, over central entrance arch. Cornice and parapet. No 6 St Augustine's Road includes a lower 3 storey 1 window extension with horizontal channelling and a ramped wall to the garden.

Nos 30 to 47 (consec) form a group.
