Description
No. 7 East Cliff Terrace is a building dating from around 1840. It has three storeys and a semi-basement, constructed of brick with the ground floor and basement finished in stucco and rusticated. The building features two windows, with one set back due to its L-shaped design. There is a curved bay window that extends from the basement to the first floor on the south wing. An iron balcony is present on the ground floor, accessed by seven steps leading down to the garden, and a similar balcony is located on the first floor, complete with a hood. Brick pilasters flank the tiled second floor above the hood. The glazing bars are intact except on the ground floor, where a French window has been inserted. Nos. 1 to 39 East Cliff Terrace form a group.
