Description

This is an early 19th-century building, part of a terrace of houses. It is two storeys high with a basement and attic, and is stuccoed. The roof is slate, with three dormers, and has a wide, moulded eaves cornice. The front has three sash windows set in Italianate architraves; the side windows of the first floor are three-light, while the ground floor has two three-light bays and a French window. Two rows of cast iron verandahs run along the front of the building. Numbers 1 to 39 East Cliff Terrace form a group.
