Description

No. 2 East Cliff Terrace is a building dating from around 1630 to 1840. It stands three storeys high with a semi-basement, constructed of yellow brick. There is a string course above the first floor. The building features three windows, including a curved bay that consists of two windows extending from the basement to the first floor, topped with a projecting cornice and an iron railing above. The windows have Venetian shutters and intact glazing bars. The entrance is accessed by steps and is flanked by narrow lights on either side, topped with a segmental fanlight. Nos. 1 to 39 East Cliff Terrace form a group.
