Description

No. 13 on St Leonard's Road is a building dating from around 1840. It features a stucco front with pilasters and has a two-window front across three storeys and a basement. The ground floor includes French windows and a verandah with a cast iron balustrade. The upper windows have moulded architraves, and there are balustraded panels at the parapet. The building has sash windows with glazing bars, a cornice, and a parapet, while the roof is not visible. Nos. 13 to 17 (odd) form a group.
