Description
Number 13 on Western Road is a building dating from around 1858. It is part of a terrace that includes numbers 13 to 21, which are all odd-numbered. This property is connected to number 11 by two superimposed bracing arches and is paired with number 15. The building stands three stories tall and features two windows. It is constructed of stucco and has a two-story canted bay with three lights. The windows are sash style, and there is a pilastered doorcase topped with an entablature. The roof is made of slate.
