ALBERT STREET 1. 5401 Nos 1 to 6 (consec) SZ 9399 SE 4/62 II GV 2. Mid-Victorian terrace of houses. 4 storeys. Stucco fronted. 2 sash windows each, with moulded architrave. Top windows have bracketed hoods. Ground storeys have 3-light bay windows and recessed doorways. Balustrades to pavement. The terrace is note worthy for the rich and unusual decorative ironwork of 1st floor balconies which run uninterrupted across all 6 houses, with plain metal roof on iron posts. The spandrels of these and the balcony railings are of floral scrollwork. Nos 1 to 6 (consec) form a group.
