Description

The William Hardwicke, located at No 12 High Street, dates from around 1830. This building has two storeys and a basement, with the original section featuring three windows and a two-window extension to the west. The exterior is stuccoed, with a cornice and parapet. The glazing bars are missing. Access to the porch is via seven steps with a handrail. The extension has a 19th-century public-house front.
