Description

20 and 22 Glamis Street form a pair of semi-detached houses dating to the mid-19th century. Each house has a facade that extends almost the full width. The houses are two storeys high with a basement. The exterior is stuccoed, with a drafted finish to the basement and ashlar with grooved detailing above. Raised bands accentuate both storeys. A pierced parapet sits above a moulded cornice. Each bay contains two sash windows. The lower windows feature iron flower-box frames with floral decoration and convex metal canopies. Terra cotta chimney pots are present. Cast iron railings with club finials front the basement areas.
