Description

The Bognor Club, formerly known as Assembly Rooms, was built in 1857 by W.K Wonham. It is a two-storey building with three windows. The exterior is stuccoed, with the ground floor rusticated; a string course and parapet run along the top. The original glazing bars remain intact. A door is located on the right-hand side. The first floor contains a large room with a small iron gallery, featuring the word "Love" worked into the handrail. A porch and moulded cornice have been removed in recent times.
