Description

This early 19th-century building is an 'L'-shaped block consisting of two windows facing South and three facing East. The South front is constructed of pebble with red brick dressings and quoins, featuring cambered arches above the glazing bar sash windows on numbers 47 and 49. Number 47 has a converted shop window. A brick modillion eaves cornice runs along the roofline, which is covered with slate. Number 51, known as Ketsby cottage, has a painted cobblestone front with brick dressings and quoins. A brick addition is present at the North end, and the South front of number 51 has no windows. The East front has three glazing bar sash windows, each beneath a cambered arch.
