Description

Brookwood Farm House is a house dating from the 16th century, with late 19th-century extensions. It features a timber frame with brick infill on the left and a brick addition on the right. The roof is plain tiled and half hipped to the left, with a ridge stack on the right. The building has two storeys and three casement windows on the first floor. On the right side, there is a 19th-century square bay window under a hipped roof that rises through two floors. The central door is now boarded up. There is a catslide extension at the left end and brick wings that extend at right angles to the rear. At the time of the re-survey, the house was somewhat dilapidated.
