Description
Sugham Farm House is a house dating from the 16th century, with a late 19th century extension on the left end. It features a timber frame that is exposed on the right end, with brick infill, and brick cladding in the center. The extensions on the left end are made of brown brick. The roof is plain tiled and has a triple ridge stack at the center of the right-hand range. The building is L-shaped with a gable cross wing on the left end. It has two storeys, with two sash windows on the first floor to the left and four casement windows on the right, mostly featuring leaded diamond panes. The ground floor has five windows, three of which are on the left under cambered heads. There is a half-glazed door in the center and a plank door to the right. The right-hand return front is covered with weatherboarding. Inside, there are deep fireplaces and ceiling frames.
