Description
Inwoods is a house dating from the 16th century, with a restoration of the left-hand gable front in the 18th century. It features a timber frame with brick infill and a plain tiled roof, which has a ridge stack positioned to the left of center and an end stack on the right. The house consists of three framed bays in the center, with cross wings at either end and a lobby entrance. It is two stories high, with an attic in the gable front to the left. The windows have irregular leaded casements, with those in the left-hand cross wing set under cambered heads. There is a 20th-century part-glazed door located in a brick porch that has a tile-hung gable.
