Description
This barn, dating from the 17th century, is located on high ground to the rear left of East Water House. It stands on a tall rubblestone plinth that tapers towards the top. The upper structure is timber framed and covered with weatherboard cladding. The roof is hipped and has plain tiles, with end gablets and a catslide extending to the front left over an aisle. There are central, opposing wagon doors. Inside, the roof features queen-strut and clasped purlin construction, with a centre bay window that is braced.
