Description

Cyclops Cottage, which includes G. Cooper Chemist, is a house with a shop on the right side, dating from the 16th century. It has a timber frame that is underbuilt on white-washed brick, with fishscale tile hanging above. The roof is plain tile with a central stack. The building is two storeys high and features casement windows, with four across the first floor. On the ground floor to the right, there is a projecting shop front made of plate glass with curving corners leading to a centrally located glazed door, and a four-panelled door to the left end.
