Description
Coopers Cross Gallery and attached house is a shop and residence dating from the early 19th century. The building is constructed from coursed and squared lias rubble, mostly rendered, and features shallow-pitched slate roofs with small brick stacks. It stands two storeys high and has a facade with three bays on the left and two bays on the right, with the right bay set back slightly. The windows are 16-pane sash windows with exposed sash boxes.
On the left side of the frontage, there is a well-designed single-storey projecting shop front, which includes arched lights with narrow dividing mullions and a door that opens on its left return, featuring a half-glazed door. To the right, there is another door leading into the house, which has a 20th-century glazed porch, a four-panelled inner door, and a transom light above it.
