Description

Pond Cottage is a late 18th-century cottage located on Oak Tree Lane in Dunsfold. It features a timber frame, with whitewashed brick cladding at the bottom and tile hanging above, topped by a plain tiled roof. The cottage is two storeys high and has a stack at the left end. On the first floor, there are two 3-light windows with diamond panes, some of which still contain old glass. The ground floor has three windows, and the door is situated in the left-hand return front within a porch recess at the angle with the rear wing. A large offset stack is located at the rear of the building.
