Description

Oak Tree House is an 18th-century house located on Oak Tree Lane in Dunsfold. The front of the house is made of colourwashed brick, while the rear features red and brown brick, all topped with hipped plain tiled roofs. The building has two storeys, with a plat band above the ground floor and diagonal brick dentils at the eaves. There is an end stack on the left side. The windows are 20th-century casements, with three 3-light windows on the first floor and two 3-light and one 2-light window on the ground floor, all set under segmental hoods. The central entrance has a panelled and part-glazed door. To the right, there is a single-storey range with a hipped roof that is set back, and there is a parallel range at the rear. An arched gate connects to an 18th-century outhouse to the right, which is not of special interest.
