Description
Yonder Lye is a house dating from the 17th century, which has been extended and remodeled in the 19th and 20th centuries. It features a timber frame that is exposed and has thin scantling on the right side of the ground floor, with brick infilling. The left side of the ground floor is clad in brick, while the upper part is tile hung, with the lower courses swept out. The roof is plain tiled, hipped with gablets at the ends. The building has two storeys and a multiple stack located to the right of the center. On the first floor, there are five leaded windows that have a mix of square and diamond panes, some of which contain old glass. The ground floor has three square pane windows and a ribbed door positioned to the right of center. Additionally, there is a garage extension attached to the front left of the house.
