Cottage. Late C16. Timber framed, underbuilt in whitewashed brick to right, rubble and brick to left; frame exposed above with whitewashed brick and render infill. Restored plain tiled roof, left half machine tiled, hipped to left end and extending in pentice over extension to left. Two storeys, 3 framed bays with heavy bracing to first floor. Crowstepped stack to right end, C20 stack to left. Two 3-light and one single light, diamond-pane casements to first floor, four windows to ground. Ribbed door to right of centre in open gabled porch on wooden supports and brick pedestals. Pentice outshot to rear.
