Description

This barn, located 5 yards northwest of Hook House Farm House, dates back to the 17th century and has been converted into storage. It features a timber frame with weatherboard cladding and a corrugated iron roof that slopes down to a catslide over the right half of the east face. The barn has a plain tiled roof over a section that runs at right angles to the right end. It consists of four rectangular framed bays and has double full-height board doors in the center of the west side, with a wing extending at right angles to the right end. Inside, the barn showcases Queen post trusses, with the framing visible.
