House, now divided, part shops with part accommodation. C16 with C17 extensions to front, C19 alterations. Timber framed clad in red and blue brick below, tile hung above in diamond pattern to outer ends; plain tiled roof with end stack to left and rendered end ridge stack to right. 2 storeys, 3 gables fronting the street, largest to left; right hand gable set back slightly. 3 glazing bar sash windows on first floor, one in each gable, C20 shop window to ground floor left, square bay window to ground floor centre. Three-quarter glazed door to left end (No. 23), three-quarter glazed door under transome light to centre (No. 25) and 6 panel door with top 2 panels glazed to right under flat hood porch (No. 27). Right hand return front: framing exposed.
