Description
No. 121 Guildford Street is an 18th-century building that has undergone some alterations. It stands three storeys tall and features three windows. The structure is made of red brick and has a tiled roof. A moulded cornice is positioned above a cove, and there is a parapet with a stone coping. The windows are sash style with gauged flat arches and include glazing bars. The centre window on the first floor has a keystone. The building also has a modern shop front. It is part of a group that includes Nos. 113 to 123 (odd), including No. 113A, which share group value.
