Description

This is an 18th century building, altered in later years. It is three stories high and has two windows. The building is constructed of brick, with an old tile roof. The sash windows have slightly cambered heads and flat arches, and are now without glazing bars. A band runs horizontally below a stucco moulded cornice, with a plain brick course above. The building possesses group value when considered alongside numbers 113 to 123 (odd), which include number 113A.
