Description

The King's Head Hotel dates from the early 18th century with later additions. It is a three-storey building with two gables facing the road; the upper part of one gable is hipped. The roof is tiled, with hipped ends, and incorporates three brick chimneys. The original fenestration includes sash windows with glazing bars, though the first floor has five windows, one of which is blank. Modern hotel entrance and ground floor windows have replaced the originals.
