Description

No. 117 Guildford Street is an 18th-century building that has been altered. It is three storeys high and has two windows. The roof is covered with old tiles. The sash windows feature gauged cambered heads, though they now only have central glazing bars. The ground floor has been modernized to accommodate a shop with a splayed corner. On the north return facade, there are near-flush-frame sash windows with glazing bars. This building is part of a group that includes Nos. 113 to 123 (odd) and No. 113A.
