Description

No. 30 Church Street is an 18th-century building of three storeys constructed in brick, with a pantile roof. It has two windows on each floor. The windows are sliding sash windows with two and three lights. The first-floor windows have elliptical relieving arches, and no glazing bars. The ground floor is rendered, and features two windows; the right-hand window has modern glazing, while the left-hand window retains its original frame. There is a modern door, alongside a flat passage arch to the right. The building forms a group with Nos. 29, The Ship Inn Flats, and Nos. 34 and 35.
