Description

26 Church Street is a 17th-century building that stands two storeys high with attics and is rendered. It features a pantile roof adorned with two gabled dormers, which have bargeboards with finials. The facade has five windows, one of which is blocked, and the windows have wood architraves. The double-hung sashes do not have glazing bars, while the ground floor windows do. The entrance includes a six-panel door, with two glass panels, set within a plain doorway that has pilasters, a frieze, and a cornice. To the right, there is a small 19th-century outshot with carved bargeboarding. This building is part of a group with No. 25.
