Description

This is an early 19th century building on Guildford Street in Chertsey. It is two storeys high and has two windows. The building is constructed of amber brick and features a parapet with a stone coping. The upper floors have sash windows with glazing bars, set within semi-elliptical recesses with gauged arches that spring from channelled bands at head level. The ground floor has wooden shop fronts with pilasters and entablatures. The roof is slate covered. The building possesses group value when considered alongside numbers 113 to 123 (odd), including 113A.
