Description

Westminster Bank, located at 114 and 116 Guildford Street in Chertsey, is an early 19th-century building. It stands three storeys tall and features three windows. The exterior is made of amber brick, with coupled shaped brackets supporting a rather wide eaves soffit. The roof is probably slate. The sash windows, which have glazing bars, are topped with gauged flat arches. The ground floor of the bank front is made of limestone ashlar and includes casement windows with cambered heads and aprons. There is a moulded plinth and arched entrances on the sides, each flanked by Doric columns on pedestals.
