Description

This is an early 19th century building on Guildford Street in Chertsey. It is three storeys high and originally had one window at the first floor, featuring glazing bars; the second-floor windows are now casements without bars. A decorative band sits below the eaves soffit, and the roof is slate with hip detailing. The ground floor features a shop front constructed in a wooden case style, complete with reeded pilasters and an entablature supported by small brackets. The building contributes to group value with numbers 113 to 123 (odd), including 113A.
