Description

Number 1 on Windsor Street is an 18th-century building that has undergone some alterations. It is two stories tall with an attic and features three windows, including a blank recess above the entrance, which is located near the center of the facade. The building is constructed of red brick and has near-flush-frame sash windows on the first floor. The dormers in the attic are altered casements set within a tiled mansard roof. The ground floor is stuccoed and includes rusticated quoins on the west side, along with a doorcase that has pilasters and an entablature. There is one window and a shop front with a cornice and a splayed entrance at the east corner, which is also finished in stucco with pilasters and an entablature.
