Description
118 and 120 Guildford Street is an early 19th-century building that stands two stories tall. The front is finished in stucco and features a parapet. It has three French windows on the first floor, which open onto a balcony that spans the entire width of the building. The balcony is adorned with a cast iron railing that has a honeysuckle motif design. There is a central shop door with glazed upper panels, flanked by shop fronts that include glazing bars. Additionally, there are two side doors, each with three panels and fanlights above. The first-floor balcony is supported by the shop front and by detached Corinthian columns at the side doors. An entablature with an enriched cornice runs the full width of the front.
