Description

The town or parish pump located outside St Peter's Church was built in 1863. It is made of cast iron and features an elaborate Gothic design with many sides. At the top, there is a fleur-de-lys finial. The pump includes a spout and handle, as well as a basin that has the inscription, "GIVEN TO THE TOWN OF CHERTSEY BY JOHN IVATT BRISCOE ESQ MP MDCC."
