Originally schoolhouse, now two cottages. C17 timber frame encased in C19 brick; plain tile roof with end stacks. 2 storeys; casement windows, 3 to each floor. Two doors one bay in from either end; right hand door under tiled gable porch on brick piers, left hand door in close weatherboard porch with a pent roof. Large stack to the rear with C19 casement windows and single storey addition to the left.
