Description

Leyfields is a 17th-century farmhouse located on Elmore Road in Chipstead, Coulsdon. The farmhouse is constructed of red brick with a plain tile roof, featuring an end stack on the left side and a rear stack on the right. The building is two storeys high and has 19th-century leaded casement windows with a diamond pattern, set under cambered heads, arranged three across the first floor. A central panelled door is fitted with glazed upper panels and a transom fanlight above. To the left of the main entrance is an extension with a leaded casement window above a panelled door.
