Description

A pair of estate cottages dating to around 1890, built in a domestic revival style. The cottages are constructed of flint with red brick dressings, quoins, and a plinth band at ground floor level. Timber framing is applied above, with rendered infilling between the timbers. The roof is tiled, half-hipped, with a tall, central brick stack. There are gabled semi-dormers to the left and right, and a pent roof semi-dormer over the projection to the right of the centre. The cottages are one storey and attic, with an irregular four-window ground floor featuring diamond-leaded casement windows. There are two boarded doors, each with a gabled timber weather porch, located to the left (No. 11) and at the right end (No. 12).
