Estate cottage pair. c1890 in domestic revival style. Flint with red brick dressings, timber applied above with rendered infill, plain tile roof, centre ridge stacks; rear stacks to left and right. 2 storeys in gable front to left, 1 storey and attic in hipped roof to right, irregular diamond leaded casements, 4 across the first floor, those in the outer bays projecting. Plank door in buttressed lean-to to right of gable front (No. 9), glazed door under pent roofed glazed porch on right hand return front, (No. 10).
