Cottage with barn attached. Timber framed on brick plinth with weatherboard cladding on front, red brick to rear; plain tiled half-hipped roof. End on to Green with cottage to front, barn to rear under same roof. Two storeys with central ridge stack. Penticesflank entrance end. Two Y-tracery, pointed-arch, leaded casement windows to first floor, three below with fringed canopy over each floor. Door to left of centre with two arched lancets in upper half.
