Description

Woodstock Farm House is a 17th-century house located on Gadbrook Road in Betchworth. It features a timber frame constructed with thin scantling, which is whitewashed and rendered on the infilling, while the front is clad. The roof is plain tiled, with a half-hipped end and a catslide extension to the right. The house has a lobby entry plan and stands two storeys tall, with a corbelled stack positioned to the right of the center. On the first floor, there is one diamond-pane window to the left and two windows to the right. The ground floor has two windows on both the left and right sides, along with a glazed door to the right of the center and another door in a 20th-century pentice to the right. The first floor at the rear is tile hung.
