LITTLE BOOKHAM LITTLE BOOKHAM STREET TQ/15/NW (west side) 2/190 Outbuilding attached to north-east corner of cowshed on west side of former farmyard at Maddox Farm

Store, now cabin and store. Dated 1738 internally. Weatherboarded timber frame, red pantile roof. Small rectangular 2-cell plan on north-south axis. Single storey with loft over north end. The south gable wall has a doorway to the right and a 2-light casement in the centre; the north gable wall has a doorway and an attached shed (which is not of special interest); the west side has a gabled dormer to the loft, closed by a wooden shutter with strap hinges. Interior: the north end has angle- and arch-braces, one inscribed "1738".
