RIPLEY C.P. HIGH STREET (South Side) The Green Cottage and Sage Antiques

GV II

House, now divided and part shop. Mid C18. Colourwashed brick with hipped plain tiled roof. Two storeys with brick modillioned eaves. Larger stack to left on ridge, ridge stack to right of centre. Irregular front with one C19 glazing bar sash window to first floor left, four C18 glazing bar sash windows to first floor right. Two round, bowed,glazing bar shop windows to ground floor left and right of centre, casement window to right end. Half glazed door under transom light and flat wooden braces to right (The Green Cottage). Similar half- door under flat hood, in panelled strip surround to left. (Sage Antiques).
