Description

Nos 1, 2, and 3 Cobham Cottages are a row of cottages dating from the early 18th century. They are constructed of brown brick set on a rendered plinth, topped with a plain tiled roof that is hipped to the right. The buildings are two storeys high and feature a plat band above the ground floor, a wooden eaves board, and a multiple ridge stack located to the right of the centre.

The front of the cottages is regular, with four three-light casement windows and one two-light casement window on the first floor. On the ground floor, there are four three-light windows that sit under cambered heads. The entrances consist of three panelled doors, each with similar flat hoods, positioned to the left (No. 3), left of centre (No. 2), and to the right (No. 1). At the rear, there is a wing that extends at right angles, with a crosstide to the centre rear and a gabled wing to the rear right.
