Description
July and Jasmine Cottages are mid-18th century cottages with 19th century additions and 20th century extensions to the rear and right. They are constructed of brown brick on a rendered plinth, with some blue brick in a plat band. The cottages have a plain tiled half-hipped roof and are two storeys high, featuring a plat band over the ground floor and a diagonal brick course at the eaves.
To the left of the center, there is a square, yellow brick ridge stack that tapers at the top, along with a smaller 20th century stack to the right. The facade is regular, with five casement windows on each floor, although the ones on the right end are 20th century copies. All windows are topped with gauged brick heads. There is a planked door to the left, which is set in a 19th century open gabled porch supported by wooden posts (Jasmine Cottage). The door and porch on the right (July Cottage) are identical.
