Cottages. Mid C18 with C19 additions, C20 extensions to rear and right. Brown brick on rendered plinth, some blue brick in plat band. Plain tiled half-hipped roof. 2 storeys with plat band over ground floor, diagonal brick course to eaves. Square, yellow brick, ridge stack battering to top to left of centre, smaller C20 stack to right. Regular facade with 5 casement windows across each floor the ones in the right end C20 copies. All under gauged brick heads. Planked door to left in C19 open, gabled, Porch on wood supports (Jasmine Cottage). Identical door and porch to right (July Cottage).
